Queens County sales&amp;nbsp;saw a moderate gain in average sales price ($134,902) and&amp;nbsp;in median&amp;nbsp;price ($114,000) for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Raw sales experienced a significant drop in Queens County relative to&amp;nbsp;January 2009, down from 109 to 72 sales.&amp;nbsp; However&amp;nbsp;sales for Lunenburg County increased by 5 sales, perhpas an encouraging&amp;nbsp;sign that the market is beginning to improve in Lunenburg County.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale for all of the South Shore is nearly the same as last February.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
