Queens County sales&amp;nbsp;saw a significant 10% gain in average sales price ($133,889) while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($109,000) remained the same for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Raw sales experienced a significant drop in Queens County relative to&amp;nbsp;June 2009, down from 100 to 69 sales.&amp;nbsp; However&amp;nbsp;sales for Lunenburg County increased by&amp;nbsp;44 units, the&amp;nbsp;fifth straight monthly year over year increase and perhaps an encouraging&amp;nbsp;sign that the market is beginning to improve in Lunenburg County.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale for all of the South Shore is up slightly&amp;nbsp;since last June.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;But even in the difficult overall economic environment South Shore homeowners in general are retaining the value in their homes.&amp;nbsp; Queens County sales&amp;nbsp;saw a significant gain in average sales price ($140,871) but a slight drop in the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($109,000) for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Raw sales experienced a significant drop in Queens County relative to&amp;nbsp;May 2009, down from 101 to 70 sales.&amp;nbsp; However&amp;nbsp;sales for Lunenburg County increased by 57 units, the&amp;nbsp;fourth straight monthly year over year increase and perhaps an encouraging&amp;nbsp;sign that the market is beginning to improve in Lunenburg County.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale for all of the South Shore is up slightly&amp;nbsp;since last May.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
